Overview
***This position is physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP***
Under the supervision of the Regional Project Director, the Site Manager III provides management and oversight to a specific site location for a Task Order of the LOGCAP V program. Supervises all contract personnel, to include subcontractors at a specific Site and manages the daily operation ensuring operational success in a safe and efficient manner as outlined in the LOGCAP Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Responsibilities

+ Responsible and manages all daily requirements at a specific Site or multiple Site locations.
+ Serves as the main Point of Contact (POC) to the Government at the Site for all Site operational and maintenance requirements.
+ Responsible for all Site employees and Sub-Contractors working for the Site LC V contract.
+ Responsible for all Scope of Work (SoW) development for solicitations to Subcontractors.
+ Responsible for all Technical Evaluations of site-specific Subcontractor proposals.
+ Responsible for the establishment of all Site doctrine to include but not limited to: Site Safety Plan, Quality Plan, Work Construction, applicable SoPs.
+ Reports to the Regional Project Direct/Task Order Manager and completes all required reports and documentation.
+ Responsible for accountability, safety, and security of all Site equipment and personnel.
+ Performs other duties as required by Task Order Management

+ Experience:
+ Ten (10) years' experience as a manager in a multi-discipline environment comparable to that offered under this contract.

+ Skills:

Versatile, self-starting individual that works well on their own, with little supervision, to develop/improve a behavior based environmental, safety and health program. Work assignment will be managing the various elements of ESH (to include compliance, environmental, training, and subcontract ESH sections) for INDOPACOM STT sites; must have in-depth knowledge of Federal, Local (to include regional - such as Philippine DOLE OHS and DENR), and Army environmental, safety, and occupational health methods, practices, principles and procedures to perform effectively; manages resources to promote a wide variety of training activities designed to achieve awareness of environmental, safety, and health hazards and corresponding preventive procedures; manages resources to perform on a recurring basis an effective industrial hygiene and environmental monitoring program, behavioral, and organization evaluations, to cite legal violations, recommend corrective actions, and insure that hazardous conditions are effectively controlled ensuring required programs are functioning effectively. Works with managers, supervisors, leads, and officials to eliminate or control hazardous operations or conditions.

Qualifications
+ Education/Certifications: Two-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
+ Master's degree in environmental, safety and health or related discipline or, combination bachelor's degree with four-year experience (preferred). However, experience and demonstration of the drive and organizational management skill are most important.
+ Experience:
+ Minimum five years' experience as environmental, safety, or health manager with two years in a program development role, with experience in managing a behavior-based management system operated safety and environmental compliance program such as ANSI Z10, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, familiar with DOD, Army, EPA, and Federal regulations. Military background and training are beneficial.
+ Skills:
+ Excellent communication and writing skills are required along with an excellent knowledge of computer operations to include spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications.
+ Great organizational and management skills and a strong ability to work independently as a member of a robust team.

Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the Maintenance Department operations. The Logistics Coordinator's responsibilities are to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The Logistics Coordinator will obtain data necessary for completing Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) and other reporting requirements as assigned and compiling the information as necessary. The Logistics Coordinator may perform various routine duties in the Tool Room, T est, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment or Army Oil Analysis Program. Responsible for tool maintenance and minor repairs, evaluate equipment, and determine safety compliance. Prevents minor losses through safeguarding and perform tasks with minimum supervision. Under the supervision of the Supply Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor provides oversight of all Supply and Warehouse related functions supporting the U.S. Army in Subic Bay, Philippines under the LOGCAP V contract. The Support services provide U.S. Army operational project (OPROJ) capabilities in response to Humanitarian Assistance / Disaster Relief (HA/DR) events, as well as supporting execution of annual exercises through the storage of non-lethal stocks, exercise materiel, and equipment in the Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performance of warehousing and property accountability, as well as, Supply Support Activity, Central Issue Facility, Property Management and SSSC. Serves as a customer contact for warehouse activities. Perform the requirements of the contract in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner under the requirements specified in individual sections of the LOGCAP Performance Work Statement (PWS). Responsible for daily operations of Preventative Maintenance of USG equipment and supplies in storage on a reoccurring basis established by policies, procedures, instructions, and/or manufacturer recommendations. Daily Warehouse operations also include performing technical supply management duties (e.g., inventory (Stock control), storage, receiving, Issue, and Turn-in,) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Ensure property management inventories are conducted as required.

Qualifications

Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the Supply Manager provides management and oversight of all Supply and Warehouse related functions supporting the U.S. Army in Subic Bay, Philippines under the LOGCAP V contract. The Support services provide U.S. Army operational project (OPROJ) capabilities in response to Humanitarian Assistance / Disaster Relief (HA/DR) events, as well as supporting execution of annual exercises through the storage of non-lethal stocks, exercise materiel, and equipment in the Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Supply and Warehouse management and Subcontractor oversight in the performance of warehousing and property accountability, as well as, Supply Support Activity, Central Issue Facility, Installation Property Management, SSSC, and Class I. Serves as a key customer contact for program activities. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Ensures contract personnel, to include subcontractors, are trained, qualified and certified as may be needed to perform the requirements of the contract in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner under the requirements specified in individual sections of the LOGCAP Performance Work Statement (PWS). Will serve as Deputy Site Manager and may fill in for Site Manager during absences.

Qualifications
+ Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associates Degree required
+ Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A) Warehouse Certification Required
+ Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A) Property Book Officer / Manager Certification preferred

**About the Role:**
