- Supervise and monitor tapioca starch and fiber production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Lead and guide shift leaders, operators, and support staff in carrying out daily production activities
- Monitor and analyze production data, process parameters, and yields, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Purchasing, and Logistics departments to address operational issues and ensure continuous production
