1. Supervise a team of mechanical technicians and engineers in the maintenance and repair of power generation equipment
2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to maximise equipment uptime and efficiency
3. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems quickly
4. Conduct regular inspections and identify opportunities for process improvements
5. Ensure all work is compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations
6. Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior staff
7. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report on key performance metrics

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar role within the power generation industry.
2. Strong technical knowledge of power plant equipment and machinery, including turbines, boilers, pumps, and valves.
3. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of mechanical technicians and engineers.
4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly address equipment issues.
5. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
6. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain target inventory accuracy, efficient warehousing, and ensure transparency and integrity in work procedures and processes
• Effectively and efficiently manage the storage, picking or ordering, conserve products in good conditions, and optimize the use of inventory system
• Ensure proper storage layout of products or materials, to preserve the conditions, accuracy and efficiently deliver targets.
• Oversee inventory analysis and warehouse transactions
• Perform and check integrity of systems and implement needed improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or engineering & other related fields of study
• Preferably, candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in industries such as Construction, Engineering, or Heavy Industries Manufacturing.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer/Supervisor to join our RSG-211 INC.' team in Nasugbu Batangas. This is a full-time, on-site role within our Civil/Structural Engineering division. As a Project Engineer/Supervisor, you will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects, overseeing key aspects of the construction process and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required specifications
• Interpreting and implementing engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing any issues or delays
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and resolve any concerns
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards and quality control procedures
• Providing technical guidance and support to the construction team
• Preparing detailed reports, documentation and as-built drawings

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field
