Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, review, and assess compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across business units.
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports, documentation, and evidence for regulatory inspections.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Finance, HR, Broadcast Operations) to ensure compliance gaps are addressed.
- Support the implementation of compliance programs including training, policy rollout, and awareness campaigns.
- Track and follow up on remediation plans from internal or external audit findings.
- Provide support in ensuring Data Privacy compliance in collaboration with the Data Privacy Officer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, IT, Legal Management, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
- Knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements (NTC, NPC, BIR, DOLE) is an advantage.
- Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and process analysis.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in media, broadcasting, or telecom industry is a plus.
