About the role
As the Site Architect at Hansei Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of Solar Plant in Maragondon, Cavite. This full-time role is crucial in shaping the architectural vision and ensuring the successful delivery of Hansei's ambitious development plans. You will work closely with the project management team, engineers, and local authorities to bring Hansei's architectural designs to life.
What you'll be doing
- Undertake the detail design activities, i.e., design criteria, tower loading diagram, site development, foundation designs, structural evaluation, station layout design, facilities design, complex design studies, bill of materials, technical data sheets, specifications and production of construction drawings of various projects.
- Prepares the bid documents and /or project proposals for Civil and Architectural and liaises with other groups to ensure the full scope is covered. Spearheads the review of the design documents, manufacturers/contractors drawings submitted for review and approval relative to the implementation of the project.

- Prepares design methodologies, memoranda, reports, and correspondences.
- Undertakes the evaluation of design options to achieve the best possible balance between cost and design option, and submitted the subsequent recommendation for Management approval.
- Coordinates the design activities with multi-disciplined engineering group/team that will affect the quality, schedule and cost of the substation project
- Attends appropriate technical meetings either site or office based to ensures end user satisfaction.
- Undertake project cost estimating and prepares project proposal offer to the client.
- Conducts site inspection of Civil and Architectural and collaborates with his supervisor in resolving technical problems/queries during the construction phases of the projects.
- Conduct continuous research to keep abreast with the latest design technology.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned.

- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Architect or Project Architect, preferably in the construction of large-scale commercial or residential developments
- Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in the use of architectural design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
