RIBA Plan of Work Understanding

We are looking for a Farm Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our poultry farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all farm activities including feeding, drinking, vaccination, supplementation, loading, and harvest. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in broiler growing and farm productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage all farm operations: feeding, drinking, vaccination, supplementation, loading, and harvest.
  • Ensure productive and efficient broiler growing practices.
  • Review and verify chick placement, feed delivery, medication, vaccination, and harvest schedules.
  • Analyze farm performance metrics (e.g., feed conversion, mortality, weight gain) and implement improvement strategies.

  • Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in farm or poultry operations.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in broiler farm operations, including flock management and performance monitoring.
  • Proficient in standardized farm management practices, farm data analysis, and flock reporting.
  • Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with farm management software, data analysis tools, and the ability to interpret production reports and key performance indicators.
  • Willing to stay-in at the farm site in Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in a farm environment.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines with valid identification documents.
  • Knowledge in operating a control panel is an advantage.
  • Certifications in poultry production, farm biosecurity, or livestock management are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science and Veterinary Science.
