Quality Assurance (QA) Manager

As
QA Manager
, you will lead the development and execution of robust quality systems, support internal and external audits, and collaborate across departments to ensure quality is embedded throughout the production process — from raw material intake to finished goods. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement best-in-class food safety and quality systems (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO, GMP, Halal, Kosher, Organic)
• Ensure compliance across all product stages — from raw materials to finished goods
• Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of food safety, ownership, and accountability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, R&D, etc.) to resolve quality-related issues
• Prepare for and lead internal audits, external inspections, and customer assessments
• Oversee in-process inspections and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances using CAPA tools
• Analyze quality performance data, recommend process improvements, and maintain audit readiness

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in QA within food manufacturing (experience in coconut processing is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and audit protocols
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in audit management, CAPA, risk assessment, and quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, FMEA, Kaizen)

Supply Chain Management Trainee Program.
This full-time role is designed to immerse young professionals in the end-to-end supply chain process — from demand planning, production scheduling, and procurement, to logistics, export documentation, and customer service. Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Management Trainee, you will be immerse in:

Demand & Supply Planning

• Support the creation of demand forecasts by analyzing sales data and customer insights.
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to align supply with demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying risks of shortages or overstock.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in planning accuracy and efficiency.

Order Management & Production Scheduling

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration (preferably with honors).
• Open to fresh graduates or young professionals with up to 3 years' work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Process- and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Must be willing to be based in Medina, Misamis Oriental.
• Knowledge of Bisaya is an advantage but not required
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.

The QA Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to uphold product integrity throughout all stages of coconut production—from raw material intake to finished goods.

• Quality Systems & Certification Compliance
• Develop, implement, and sustain quality and food safety systems in accordance with globally accepted standards such as BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal, Kosher, and Organic certification schemes.
• Ensure all products—including desiccated coconut, virgin coconut oil, coconut milk, coconut cream, and coconut water—comply with applicable quality and customer standards.
• Maintain complete, up-to-date documentation including SOPs, quality manuals, risk assessments, traceability records, and food safety plans.

• Lead the investigation and resolution of product complaints and deviations using root cause analysis and structured problem-solving tools.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Analyze and report quality performance metrics and trends to management.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, and Kaizen.
• Recommend and execute process enhancements to reduce defects, minimize risk, and maintain product consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role within food manufacturing, ideally in coconut processing.
• Proven expertise in implementing and maintaining global food safety standards (e.g., BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in audit management, CAPA, quality risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in landscaping, facilities maintenance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of groundskeeping or exterior facilities maintenance experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, pest control, and outdoor infrastructure upkeep.
• Ability to interpret site plans, schedules, and work orders from the engineering/facilities team.
• Skilled in using and maintaining grounds equipment (mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc.).
• Working knowledge of safety regulations, preventive maintenance, and sustainability practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

• Manufacturing Service-Group (MSG) TECHNICAL STAFF
• Degree in BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Technology, BS Physical Chemistry and BS Biology.
• With at least 1-2 years of work experience in a food manufacturing company is an advantage. Negotiating with suppliers and clients.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Focus on monitoring compliance on relevant regulations of country destinations of company products.
• Analyze data and use it to create reports on industry trends, which are then submitted to managers and used to develop business plans.
• Assisting managers by filling out reports and providing production statistics.

• Graduate of bachelor's in architectural engineering technology.
• At least 2 years' experience related in Architectural Engineering drafting standards.
• Associate's degree or certification in CAD, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or relevant CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit).
• Skilled in reading technical drawings and producing accurate 2D/3D designs.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards and documentation practices.
• Experience with BIM or GIS platforms is a plus.

Job Description/Scope of Work:

• A graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, a license is a plus
• With 3-5 years of mechanical construction, piping installation, and industrial project experience.
• Expertise in valve installation and equipment alignment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of welding processes, pipe fitting, and mechanical assembly techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems and resolve field installation issues.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and testing methods for mechanical systems.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Php15, Php25,000.00 per month
