EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

At least 1-2 years of working experience in the power industry, particularly in power plant operations and/or electricity markets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor Nominations & Schedules – Oversee customers' nominations, allocations, and plant generation schedules with DSO coordination.
2. Manage Data Systems – Maintain accurate databases for nominations, consumption, forecasts, and supply-demand.
3. Prepare Reports – Generate energy consumption, sales, forecast, and allocation reports.
4. Track Market & Regulations – Monitor industry trends, competitors, and energy regulations.
5. Coordinate with Teams – Work with Marketing, Trading, Billing, Operations, and IT for smooth processes and system development.
6. Support Plant Operations – Coordinate on plant shutdowns, derations, and NGCP activities.
7. Conduct Market Analysis – Analyze data for insights on power demand and market dynamics.
8. Assist Sales & Customers – Support sales research, rate analysis, and customer concerns.
9. Ensure Compliance & Development – Complete required reports, meetings, trainings, and assist related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and monitoring the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTP) to ensure continuous operations in compliance with factory parameters and DENR standards
• Support the Environmental Supervisor in implementing environmental programs, documentation, and compliance reporting
• Conduct regular monitoring of wastewater quality, sludge handling, and aeration systems
• Collect, record, and maintain WWTP data, reports, inventories, and documentation
• Assist in preparing environmental permits, reports, and audits
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of solid and liquid wastes
• Support in coordinating with government agencies, contractors, and third-party service providers on environmental matters
• Support in conducting environmental awareness training and promote sustainable practices within the plant
• Support in maintaining compliance with ISO 14001 and other environmental standards
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Environmental Supervisor, Production Manager, Division Manager, or Factory Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in wastewater treatment operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of DENR regulations, environmental laws, and compliance requirements
• Strong teamwork, communication, coordination, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and documentation skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
• Time flexibility and willingness to work beyond regular hours when required

Safety and quality certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:
