Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
- At least 6 months relevant work experience
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the work activities and transactions in the cashiering area and customer service area. This includes ensuring sufficient manpower especially during peak hours by implementing effective shift management of personnel.
- Helps in providing assistance to management which includes training, communicating company goals, ensuring safety practices and deadlines to team, keeps management updated on team performance, and motivates team members by giving recognition and small reward.
- Computer Skills
- Business Applications (Netsuite, CLP, ECPay, Beam & Go, Lokal Gift, Barter)
- Customer Relationship Management

Job Description
- Inventory and Warehouse custodian
- Ensures the safety, orderliness and cleanliness of warehouse and products within.
- Proper implementation of order processing and releasing (No Ro-No Rel)
- Proper documentation of inventory received and released to customer in warehouse
- Filling out necessary forms provided and reporting to it to main office (inventory in charge)
- Compliance of weekly documentation of inventory thru pictures and monthly E-Audit
- Reporting of discrepancies
- Operate and maintain preventive maintenance of warehouse vehicle and equipment
- Follow quality service standard and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Should report every department meeting the status of all stocks near expiration dates.
