Project Officer (Reliever)

What You'll Do
As a Project Officer (Reliever), you will be at the forefront of community-based implementation. Your role will include:
- Leading community mobilization and capacity-building activities.
- Disseminating information, education, and communication (IEC) materials.
- Coordinating with local government units and community stakeholders.
- Facilitating training sessions on Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA).
- Monitoring and evaluating project activities using participatory approaches.
- Documenting community stories and project milestones through quality photos and videos.
- Supporting emergency response efforts when needed.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Social and Behavioral Sciences, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in community organizing and development.
- Strong background in participatory approaches, especially with children and youth.
- Training in child protection, CSEA, project management, and community development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be a Filipino national and currently based in the Philippines.
