Job Description

• Visitation of farms under the supervision of Field Veterinarian to assess health condition of flock and check any abnormalities base on the standards.
• Check records of feed intake/ feed consumption either standard or below standard, and the flocks daily mortality.
• Compare the feed inventory to the actual consumption to find out any discrepancies.
• Conduct weight testing per routine farm visit and comparing the actual to the standard weight of chicken. Based on the result, make an outright recommendation to the branch head
• Attend weekly production meeting conducted by the branch head and make technical reporting of his farm assignments.
• Helping in preparing veterinary medicine for farm.
• Assist in dressing plant or in farms for harvest weighing.
• Assisting in hatchery for newly hatch day old chicks.

Qualifications

• With educational background in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science or any related courses/ programs
• Experience is Poultry Farms or any related industries is a plus.
• Willing to undergo training in Luzon.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to address issues, make decisions, and resolve problems effectively.

Qualifications:

Assist in day-to-day hub operations (both first and last mile activities), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory management.

Support monitoring of hub performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of Hub KPIs.

Create, review, and validate Hub reports.

Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.

Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance hub productivity.

Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.

Perform other tasks as required to support hub operations

• Collaborating with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs

• Analyzing production data and generating reports to track key performance indicators and inform strategic decision-making

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Cultivates and manages ornamental flowers, shrubs, and plants.
• Monitors plant health, pest control, and growth cycles.
• Plans and oversees greenhouse or field production.
• May conduct breeding, hybridization, or research.

• Manejo de equipos: rampa hidráulica, desmontadora de llantas, balanceadora, torno de frenos, alineadora.
• Experiencia en procesos de diagnóstico, atento al detalle, lector constante de fuentes de información técnicas, manejo de autos estándar y automático
• Saber trabajar en equipo y resolución de problemas.
