KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Legal Research

2. Conduct thorough research on statutes, jurisprudence, rules, and legal doctrines relevant to cases and legal matters handled by the firm.

3. Prepare legal memoranda, case digests, and research summaries for review by supervising lawyers.

4. Drafting Legal Documents

5. Assist in the preparation and drafting of pleadings, motions, contracts, affidavits, legal opinions, and other legal documents, subject to the review of supervising lawyers.

6. Prepare correspondence, such as demand letters, replies, and other communications, for review by supervising lawyers.

7. Case File Management

8. Organize, maintain, and update case files, records, and legal documents.

9. Ensure that all case files are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

10. Assistance in Court and Administrative Proceedings

11. Attend court hearings, conferences, and meetings with clients or third parties, strictly as an observer or assistant.

12. Take notes and prepare hearing or meeting summaries for the supervising lawyer.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Makes plan, schedule and route of trucks to maximize productivity and efficiency of drivers

2. Ensure SOP and Safety Policies are implemented at all times

3. Ensure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced as scheduled

4. Effectively coordinate and communicate with clients and partner forwarders

5. Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met

6. Monitor and control the driver and truck activities

7. Monitor and maintain records of Accident and Incident Reports

8. Appraising staff performance and also taking disciplinary measures when required

9. Arranging for the induction and trainings of all drivers, including newly hired

10. Assist in leading and directing strategic planning for logistics and transportation route

11. Oversee the monitoring and documentation of the daily transportation schedule

12. Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures

13. Maintaining accurate administrative records

14. Oversee and maintains a complete inventory system through recording all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelors Degree of any course, preferably in Logistics/Operations

2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field as Supervisor or equivalent.

3. Must be keen in planning, scheduling and routing of truck fleet

4. Preferably with experience in Logistics/E-Commerce operations

Prepare detailed cost estimates, parametric estimates, and budgets for construction projects.
- Quantity Takeoffs & BOQ:

Accurately measure and quantify construction work (takeoffs) to prepare bills of quantity (BOQ).
- Contract Management:

Develop and manage contracts, procurement schedules, and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Cost Monitoring & Control:

Track project expenditures, monitor costs, and implement control measures to keep projects within budget.
- Variation & Claims Management:

Manage variations (changes to the project scope) and track project claims.
- Reporting:

Prepare internal cost reports, value engineering exercises, and other reports for project management and clients.
- Risk Management:

Identify commercial risks and opportunities, and maintain risk registers for projects.
- Stakeholder Liaison:

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Site Coordination:

Coordinate with site managers and other team members to ensure the project stays on schedule and budget.
