Role Description
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to leaders at various levels to enhance leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and emotional intelligence.
- Design and deliver customized coaching programs aligned with organizational goals and individual development plans.
- Assess leadership strengths, development areas, and growth opportunities using tools such as 360-degree feedback, psychometric assessments, and stakeholder interviews.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify leadership development needs across the organization.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on topics such as executive presence, communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and change management.
- Track progress and provide regular reports on coaching impact and development outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical coaching practices in all interactions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously evolve coaching strategies and tools.
