As
QA Manager
, you will lead the development and execution of robust quality systems, support internal and external audits, and collaborate across departments to ensure quality is embedded throughout the production process — from raw material intake to finished goods. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best-in-class food safety and quality systems (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO, GMP, Halal, Kosher, Organic)
- Ensure compliance across all product stages — from raw materials to finished goods
- Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of food safety, ownership, and accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, R&D, etc.) to resolve quality-related issues
- Prepare for and lead internal audits, external inspections, and customer assessments
- Oversee in-process inspections and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances using CAPA tools
- Analyze quality performance data, recommend process improvements, and maintain audit readiness
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in QA within food manufacturing (experience in coconut processing is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and audit protocols
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in audit management, CAPA, risk assessment, and quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, FMEA, Kaizen)

Key Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Management Trainee, you will be immerse in:
Demand & Supply Planning
- Support the creation of demand forecasts by analyzing sales data and customer insights.
