Propósito

Responsabilidades

- Gestiona y supervisa con integridad equipos de trabajo para desarrollar proyectos de manera eficiente para cumplir con las metas del área y mejorar el índice de productividad; asegurando el cumplimiento de especificaciones y la calidad de los servicios / productos utilizando la metodología Abastecimiento Estratégico y buscando eficiencias operativas en los procesos de negociación.
- Identifica categorías de gasto, en las cuáles es factible gestionar la demanda de los productos y servicios, para así generar ahorros.
- Funge como un facilitador de soluciones acordes con las necesidades del negocio; promoviendo iniciativas que permitan obtener eficiencias los procesos de negociación a través de herramientas y workflows para contar con visibilidad sobre el proceso de Abastecimiento Estratégico, detectando y anticipando posibles obstáculos o complicaciones en la ejecución de las categorías con el fin de establecer soluciones oportunas.
- Gestiona de forma eficiente el proceso de contratación de proveedores desde su elaboración hasta la firma de todas las partes en conjunto con el dueño del contrato y el área jurídica; supervisando la transparencia durante el proceso de selección de proveedores de los productos y servicios que requiera el GFSB. Comprende la cultura de riesgo del Banco y cómo debe considerarse el apetito de riesgo en las actividades y decisiones diarias.
- Promueve un entorno de alto desempeño e implementa una estrategia para la fuerza laboral que atrae, retiene, desarrolla y motiva a su equipo, y para lograr esto, fomenta un entorno laboral inclusivo, comunica la visión, los valores y la estrategia de negocios y maneja un plan de sucesión y desarrollo para el equipo.
- Asegurar que el Especialista/Consultor Abastecimiento Estratégico valide la información capturada por el Contract Owner, complete información en la sección GPS y apruebe en Coupa las negociaciones atendidas por la DE Compras.
- Asegurar que el Especialista/Consultor Abastecimiento Estratégico valide la información capturada por el Contract Owner, y apruebe en Icertis las solicitudes de contrato de las negociaciones atendidas por la DE Compras.
- Asegurar que el Especialista/Consultor Abastecimiento Estratégico trabaje de manera adecuada la herramienta PowerApps capturando la información de las negociaciones atendidas por la DE Compras.
- Participar en las evaluaciones de desempeño y cursos de capacitación aplicables al personal de la DE Compras
- Participando en los procesos de evaluación correspondientes conforme a los tiempos y procesos de evaluación del desempeño establecidos por el GFSB
- Cumpliendo el plan de capacitación de los cursos mandatorios del GFSB, así como los establecidos por la DE Compras
