Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's Degree on Business Administration, Commerce or any business related courses
- Minimum of 2-4 years relevant work experience with at least 2 years supervisory role in retail and sales industry
- Background knowledge in sales and retail industry
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conducts daily walk about and monitoring in the selling area to maximize selling operations activities
- Coordinates with Store Operations Managers (SOM), merchandising team and support groups to ensure 100% harmonious selling operations, execution of the plans and programs, and all issues and concerns are addressed accordingly
- Supervises activities and performance of subordinates to ensure maximum output of the team
- Prepares daily or periodic report such as Out of Stock Report, Canvassed Prices, Overstocking, non-moving items, monthly damage, and other similar reports as may be required by the SOM (Store Operations Manager)
