Purpose of the Position:
Reporting to TSG Equipment Training Superintendent, the Training Supervisor is accountable and responsible for the formulation, development and implementation of policies and procedure of Training Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the superintendent to formulate and develop effective training programs.
Coordinate with the superintendent to conduct appraisal of the training program.
Prepare training materials and presentations.
Assess and monitor the delivery of training programs.
Monitor and implement training schedules.
Ensure compliant to statutory training schedules.
Recommend action plans to eliminate repetition of failure as to the identified root cause.
Review and organize assessment such as but not limited to practical and theory assessment.
Conduct field monitoring of trainee's.
Stays in the requesting project site accommodation while work is still in progress.
Assess and update training records.
Perform other related functions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Graduate of any Technical Course or equivalent
At least three (3) years in heavy equipment operation as a multi skilled operator.
Knowledgeable in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Program
High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;
Creative, forward thinker.
Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
A reliable professional who follows organization and department procedures, completes tasks in a timely manner.

Purpose of the Position:
Reporting to the Planning Superintendent, the PMS Supervisor is accountable and responsible for the periodic implementation and execution of preventive maintenance schedule based on the service meter reading (SMR) of the equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, organize and supervise effectively the periodic implementation of PMS on all scheduled equipment based on the SMR in coordination with the immediate superior and Maintenance Planner.
Assigned individual Lubeman crews on each equipment due for PMS within the scheduled date.
Supervise the Lubeman crews on the daily routine PMS program work executions including orientation, toolbox meeting and advise new instruction given by the immediate superior.
Expedite, withdraw, safekeep and secure the parts and materials needed in the execution of PMS works such as oil, lubricant, grease, filters etc. for each scheduled equipment in coordination with the Maintenance Planner and warehouse.
Supervise the correct usage and quantity of engine oil, hydraulic oil, transmission oil, gear oil, grease etc. for each type of equipment based on manufacturer's Operation and Maintenance Manual (OMM), condition and application.
Review and implementation of recommended corrective action based on used oil analysis results given by the service provider as instructed by the immediate superior.
Establish and implement the safest and economical drain interval of various oil based on oil sampling results.
Facilitate corrective action on all field services preventive mainly maintenance issues and concern such as re-greasing, oil topping etc. in coordination with the H.E. Coordinator.
Ensure that all equipment are properly maintained and functioning including automatic lube system, monitor and keep track on the status of PMS servicing and advised the immediate superior in coordination with H.E. on the progress and work status.
Review existing systems and procedures for the improvement of methods, tools and reduction of cost as observed during PMS execution and recommend appropriate action.
Adhere to the company safety and environment policy and procedure including proper housekeeping and disposal of used oil, contaminated solid waste and spillage.
Perform other related function as instructed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. B.S. Mechanical Engineering graduate with PRC license would be an advantage
At least three (3) years in heavy equipment preventive maintenance works in supervisory capacity.
Knowledgeable in Heavy Equipment Preventive Maintenance Program

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, monitor, organize and initiate the Daily Work Schedule program of equipment repair and maintenance at the workshop in line with the operational requirements
- Supervise manpower scheduling, including workshop supervisors on priority works, workload distribution, and space allocation for the effective control of workload programs and monitoring during repair of equipment including standard man-hours as per the scope of works
- Lead the teardown and survey of breakdown equipment and initiate parts requisition in coordination with the Maintenance Planner, Workshop Supervisors, and the Maintenance Manager based on the manufacturer's parts book
- Check and supervise the correct usage of tools and machines during work execution and recommend other essential tools needed to expedite the immediate repair of equipment in a precise, timely, and safe manner
- Review with subordinates the information supplied on the job orders to determine inspection and control points.
- Review maintenance job that has been studied to establish a standard maintenance practice
- Conduct daily inspection of equipment repair on the process and waiting for parts to determine parts and components status that needs follow-up with the Maintenance Planner
- Review work schedule, manpower compliments, and parts availability and prioritize equipment on the breakdown that needs immediate repair and replacement
- Conduct equipment performance test through technical analysis, move and test all equipment with repair completion before release in coordination with the H.E. coordinator
- Lead and supervise all related equipment repair work at the workshop including electrical, welding, and fabrication works to ensure that required repairs are carried out promptly
- Adhere to the company safety and environment policy and procedure including proper housekeeping and disposal of used and replaced parts, materials, and sub-components including oil spillage and preparation of required safety permit
- Performed other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
