Job Summary:
The Branch Head is responsible for the overall management and performance of the Dagupan branch. This includes driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, overseeing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality customer service. The Branch Head serves as the primary representative of the branch and plays a critical leadership role in achieving business goals.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any related field
-At least 1-2 years of experience in branch management, operations, or sales leadership within a financial institution
-Proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets
-Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with core banking systems
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage all branch operations and staff
-Achieve branch sales targets through strategic planning and client relationship development
-Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements
-Maintain service excellence and resolve customer concerns efficiently
-Conduct regular branch performance reviews and implement improvement plans
-Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to enhance productivity and service delivery
-Coordinate with higher management for reporting, branch needs, and updates
-Represent the branch in local business and community activities to strengthen market presence
