Ser un apoyo y soporte para asegurar el traslado prudente y sin demora de personal, material o documentación, así como actuar de manera óptima, apoyando a las actividades que se desempeñen en la organización, fomentando siempre un ambiente de armonía y seguridad.
Principales responsabilidades
- Entender y cumplir con la Política del Sistema de Gestión Integral así como cumplir con los objetivos de CEMEX (Calidad, Medio Ambiente, Seguridad y Salud).
- Fomentar la Misión, Visión y Valores CEMEX e involucrar al personal con el ejemplo.
- Asegurar la capacitación del personal a su cargo, facilitando el acceso a la información y formación y acreditando la misma.
- Asegurar la integridad física tanto del personal (directo e indirecto) a su cargo como la de las instalaciones haciendo uso respetuoso del medio ambiente y comunidades vecinas.
- Proveer traslados seguros para los ejecutivos y sus acompañantes.
- Cumplir con las leyes de vialidad vigentes y las directrices de los agentes de tránsito.
- Conservar los vehículos en óptimo estado y coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento y reparación por parte de mecánicos automotrices, según corresponda.
- Informar en tiempo y forma sobre alguna falla y gestionar la reparación en el taller.
- Analizar las condiciones de tráfico vehicular y elegir la mejor ruta para llevar a los pasajeros a sus destinos seguros y a tiempo.
- Conocer la agenda de los ejecutivos para armonizar los traslados.
- Auxiliar a los ejecutivos con su equipaje y artículos de mano que lleven consigo.
- Cumplir con la política de la empresa en materia de protección personal y adoptar las modificaciones a los procesos administrativos que se implementen.
- Tomar las medidas que sean necesarias para mejorar la relación con el cliente a fin de garantizar su bienestar y satisfacción plena.
- Elaborar informes y comprobaciones de gastos por uso de combustible, compras de refacciones y el kilometraje recorrido, así como viáticos de traslado.
