Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct area survey and develop area mapping identifying prospective borrowers;
- Conduct barangay/community program orientation meeting and mean test;
- Facilitate center membership selection;
- Ensure formation of 10 centers with maximum of 30 members within one year from office set-up;
- Conduct the Compulsory Center Training in his center;

- Encourage center members to actively participate in weekly center meetings.
- Conduct regular loan utilization check;
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports (loan releases, collection and defaults) in a timely manner;
- Prepare and submit monthly program status reports in a timely manner;
- Maintain harmonious relationships with other field workers and centers;
- Update project leader of the day-to-day operations of the center under his supervision and suggest ways to improve the program;
- Performs duties and responsibilities required under the latest manual of operations pertaining to the position; and
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

As an Adaptive Planning Consultant (Senior Associate), you'll work in a team or independently helping our clients transform their business planning needs (budgeting, revenue, personnel, KPIs, quotas/capacity, territories, reporting & analytics) with the Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud. - Assist in guiding clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of each client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project
- Develop and configure accurate forecasting and planning models in Adaptive Planning to meet clients' business needs
- Assist in the planning and delivery of training sessions for users
- Document the planning models and reporting delivered to clients
- Ensure rapid time to value through delivering engagements on time and budget
- Supporting our clients to ensure success – you will be communicating regularly, concisely, and clearly with clients to set proper expectations and ensure client success. You will also provide general customer service and assistance to clients and serve as the go-to resource on all project related inquiries

What We Are Looking For
- Financial and/or management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, planning and management reporting
- Exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models, with advanced Excel skills
- Experience implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Host Analytics, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion)
- Strong communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with impact, credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation. Sound ability to formally present to senior Client audiences

As a Workday Time Tracking Consultant in Kainos, you'll work in a team to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base, typically leading a project workstream. You will build relationships with our customers, shaping and delivering solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose and commercially viable.

Minimum (essential) Requirements
- Strong understanding of Workday products either/or HCM as well as any specialist Capability
