The Branch Head is responsible for the overall management and performance of the Dagupan branch. Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or any related field
-At least 1-2 years of experience in branch management, operations, or sales leadership within a financial institution

-Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
