Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users by responding to support tickets with in established timeframes .
+ Perform the following administrative tasks in Salesforce or other CRM applications :
- Lead maintenance including knowledge of assignment rules
- A ccount and contact maintenance
- O pportunity and quote creation and updates
- R eport creation and updates
- O ther routine tasks as necessary
+ Ability to complete mass data updates using Salesforce Data Loader .
+ Coordinate the resolution of support tickets that require intervention from tier 2 support or the IT team.
+ Assist in the testing of new Salesforce functionality.
+ Identify process or training gaps to build a better experience for all users.
Qualifications:
+ Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
+ 3 or more year s of experience with Salesforce in a support role .
+ Hands - on e xperience using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
+ Hands-on experience managing Salesforce cases .
+ Understanding sales processes and associated pricing .
+ Experience with integrated c ontract l ifecycle m anagement (CLM) solutions such as Iron c lad, Docusign , or Conga.
+ Knowledge of other CRM applications such as Siebel.
+ Familiarity with other sales tooling including, but not limited to, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others.
+ Excellent command of the English language.

* Leads a project team in delivering custom development solutions, or for leading a project team in the Maintenance and Support of an application or set of applications using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to project charter or contract.
* This specialty has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements, including IBM and Client employees and 3rd party vendors.
* They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the Client, provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the Client.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, as well as reading and writing kanji)
* Able to translate English to Japanese and vice versa
* Ability to estimate an effort and all impacts of proposed solution
* Very good communication skills; analytical and creative problem solving skills
* Ability to cooperate and take business and solution lead in multi-vendor teams
* Amenable to work on a client-based schedule (dayshift, mid-shift, night-shift) and in any IBM location in Quezon City (Eastwood and/or UP Ayala Technohub) or Cebu
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* JLPT N1-N2 certification is preferred
