Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor tapioca starch and fiber production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Lead and guide shift leaders, operators, and support staff in carrying out daily production activities
• Monitor and analyze production data, process parameters, and yields, and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Purchasing, and Logistics departments to address operational issues and ensure continuous production
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, GMP, and company policies within the production area
• Prepare and review production reports, log sheets, and inventory records
• Participate in process improvements, modifications, and cost-saving initiatives
• Assist in training and developing production staff to enhance skills and performance
• Support compliance with ISO, HACCP, and other quality management standards
• Act as officer-in-charge (OIC) during assigned shifts or in the absence of the Production Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in production operations, preferably in food, starch, or related industries
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong teamwork, coordination, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Proficient in production data analysis, documentation, and reporting
• Familiarity with PLC systems, automation, and process control is an advantage

EXPERIENCE:

At least 1-2 years of working experience in the power industry, particularly in power plant operations and/or electricity markets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor Nominations & Schedules – Oversee customers' nominations, allocations, and plant generation schedules with DSO coordination.
2. Manage Data Systems – Maintain accurate databases for nominations, consumption, forecasts, and supply-demand.
3. Prepare Reports – Generate energy consumption, sales, forecast, and allocation reports.
4. Track Market & Regulations – Monitor industry trends, competitors, and energy regulations.
5. Coordinate with Teams – Work with Marketing, Trading, Billing, Operations, and IT for smooth processes and system development.
6. Support Plant Operations – Coordinate on plant shutdowns, derations, and NGCP activities.
7. Conduct Market Analysis – Analyze data for insights on power demand and market dynamics.
8. Assist Sales & Customers – Support sales research, rate analysis, and customer concerns.
9. Ensure Compliance & Development – Complete required reports, meetings, trainings, and assist related functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that the established quality objectives are achieved.

2. Checking of finished feeds particle size (mash & crumble form) fines, PDI of finished feeds, retrievals, coco-oil and

other raw materials used for feeds production.

1. Evaluation of incoming raw materials and finished products using the required testing methods.

2. Ensure that the quality of finished product and raw materials are in the set standards before release and prior to use

respectively.

1. Ensure that all samples/ samplings were made and brought to the laboratory for tests/analysis.

2. Coordinate with AN any issues concerning raw materials and finished feeds.

3. Ensure all process parameters are followed in all areas accordingly.

4. Working and coordinating with other departments to implement the company's policies and goals.

5. Check, update and report weekly progress and daily reports and monitoring. Submit weekly progress report.

6. Check the GM, sanitation and cleanliness of the warehouse and other working areas.

7. Ensure efficient operations and safe working environment.

8. Resolve issues with tact and discretion. .

9. Assist in training new supervisory trainees.

10. Feedback/Complaint handling- conducts verification, investigation, and closing. Conducts farm visit in coordination

with CG for internal feeds. Follow-up on corrective/preventive action.

1. Work with AN in tracing feeds and raw materials with quality concerns @ farm level.

2. Other duties as assigned.
