Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or any related field or course
• At least 2 years of work experience Human resource management or equivalent

Tasks & responsibilities

• Coordinates with Head office and Plant operations regarding HR related concerns such as Recruitment and Selection, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Job evaluation, and Employee relations.
• Required to do field work and regular site visit to assist in handling employee concerns, disputes, and suggestions.
• Assists in handling administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Has 5–10 years of experience in MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary) design and construction
• Well-versed in relevant building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
• International project experience is considered a plus

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in CAD drafting for HVAC, plumbing, compressed dry air systems, and fire protection
• Experienced in using software tools specific to MEPFS design and documentation
• Qualified to review, approve, sign, and seal MEPFS plans and documents
• Strong ability to prepare technical drawings, calculations, and reports for permit applications and construction execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test MEPFS systems and their components
• Lead and coordinate design activities to maintain accuracy, quality, and code compliance
• Prepare and provide signed and sealed MEPFS drawings, technical calculations, and reports as required by authorities
• Ensure seamless integration of all MEPFS disciplines within overall project designs
• Offer technical expertise and support to both design and on-site construction teams

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in the Mechanical Engineering field is required.
• 3-5+ years of previous experience within the AEC industry with a consulting engineering or A/E firm.
• Has or will qualify for a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Candidates must have an understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire sprinkler system designs.
• Knowledge and experience must include using software such as AutoCAD, and REVIT.
• Knowledge and experience using MS Office software family products.
• Participate in activities and organizations related to our industry outside of daily business routine, developing peer relationships, and technical growth.
• Must be willing to relocate to Alaminos City Pangasinan.

• Develop, implement, and monitor the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program in compliance with DOLE Department Order No
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections to identify hazards, risks, and unsafe practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases; prepare reports and recommend corrective/preventive measures.
• Lead and facilitate safety trainings, toolbox meetings, and orientations for employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards on health and safety.
• Maintain updated records of safety inspections, permits, incident reports, and training activities.
• Coordinate with project/site managers to implement safety policies and emergency response procedures.
• Act as a member of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OSHC).
• Submit required safety reports to DOLE and management within prescribed timelines.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability across all levels of the organization.

• Must be a Certified Safety Officer 3, as prescribed under DOLE Department Order No :

• Completion of at least 80 hours of advanced OSH training.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in occupational safety and health.
• Graduate of Occupational Safety, Engineering, or any related field (preferred but not strictly required).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine OSH Standards, DOLE regulations, and industry safety practices.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or renewable energy projects is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to be assigned on-site (e.g., Gamu, Isabela).

JOB SUMMARY:

• Field-based

• Drive impact on local recruitment activation workflows—broker onboarding, accreditation, and group events

• Handle logistics for broker activities: open houses, site visits, batch briefings

• Maintain accurate broker logs, assist in weekly KPI summary deliveries to the Territory level

• Administer commission document flow and flag data inconsistencies for escalation

• Integrate insights into Territory dashboards to support continuous improvement

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1–2 years in support or coordination within real estate or a closely related sales support function
• Highly organized and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills—both internal and with brokers
• Field-confident and detail-driven, supporting a hybrid field-office workload
