As a Coordinator – Quality, you'll be the driving force behind our QA/QC operations, ensuring every product meets exacting standards and pushing the boundaries of manufacturing performance. • Ensure compliance with DOLE-OSH standards and other relevant national and local laws
• Implement company safety policies, procedures, permits, and guidelines specific to refinery operations.
• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), risk assessments, safety audits and inspection of plant facilities, pipelines, equipment, storage tanks, etc.
• Identify hazards (chemical, mechanical, environmental, fire, explosion) and propose appropriate controls.
• Prepare and submit incident / accident reports (internal and, if required, to government agencies).
• Assist in preparation, review, and drill execution of emergency response plans (e.g., fire, spill, explosion, evacuation).
• Ensure necessary emergency equipment is available, functioning, and maintained (firefighting, spill kits, alarms).
• Perform regular site walkthroughs / inspections of operations, maintenance works, confined spaces, working at heights, etc.
• Maintain safety records – training logs, incident logs, inspection/audit reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Safety specialization) or related field is preferred.
• Certified Safety Officer II (SO II) under DOLE-OSH regulations (i.e. 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety & Health / OSH, Safety Officer II category) and any relevant additional accredited training.
• At least 2-3 years experience working as Safety Officer, preferably in petrochemical / petroleum refining / oil & gas operations or similar heavy industrial environment.

PROJECT-BASED PROCESS ENGINEER

Job Requirements:

• A graduate of BS in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in process engineering or process design, preferably in the oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical industry.
• Must have experience in developing process and equipment design including deliverables such as piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) and equipment datasheets for related projects, with emphasis on achieving efficient operations, optimal energy utilization, environmental compliance, and operational safety.
• Must be proficient in conducting technical studies and in ensuring process design compliance with accepted engineering practices and applicable government regulations.
• Possesses good communication skills.

The Maintenance Technician - Instrument is responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems in the refinery. The role ensures plant safety, reliability, and efficiency by keeping field instruments, analyzers, and control systems in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and configure field instruments including pressure, flow, temperature, level transmitters, analyzers, and control valves.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and control systems (PLC, DCS, and SIS).
• Conduct loop checks, function tests, and commissioning of instruments during projects and shutdowns.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation faults and resolve issues using P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring drawings.
• Perform calibration activities, maintain calibration records, and ensure compliance with ISO/QA/QC standards.
• Support turnaround/shutdown activities including instrument overhauls and upgrades.
• Maintain instrumentation tools and test equipment (multimeters, calibrators, communicators) in proper working condition.
• Ensure compliance with refinery safety procedures (Permit to Work, LOTO, confined space, hot work, hazardous area standards).
• Provide support to operations for maintaining plant availability and reducing downtime.
