Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that the established quality objectives are achieved.
Checking of finished feeds particle size (mash & crumble form) fines, PDI of finished feeds, retrievals, coco-oil and
other raw materials used for feeds production.
Evaluation of incoming raw materials and finished products using the required testing methods.
Ensure that the quality of finished product and raw materials are in the set standards before release and prior to use
respectively.
Ensure that all samples/ samplings were made and brought to the laboratory for tests/analysis.
Coordinate with AN any issues concerning raw materials and finished feeds.
Ensure all process parameters are followed in all areas accordingly.
Working and coordinating with other departments to implement the company's policies and goals.
Check, update and report weekly progress and daily reports and monitoring. Submit weekly progress report.
Check the GM, sanitation and cleanliness of the warehouse and other working areas.
Ensure efficient operations and safe working environment.
Resolve issues with tact and discretion. .
Assist in training new supervisory trainees.
Feedback/Complaint handling- conducts verification, investigation, and closing. Conducts farm visit in coordination
with CG for internal feeds. Follow-up on corrective/preventive action.
Work with AN in tracing feeds and raw materials with quality concerns @ farm level.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Agriculture, Animal science or related courses.
- Experience : With or Without Experience
- Special Skills : Must be willing to train, honest, obedient, and trustworthy.
- Must be a computer literate (Microsoft office: Work, excel, power point).
- Data presentation skills, Good Verbal & Written communication, Flexible, Problem Solving, Team
- Player, Diversity Awareness
- Computer savy (MS Office applications);
- 100% willingness to travel nationwide (Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao)

- Assures production processes are compliant with quality control procedures.
- Strict implementation of formulation control in order to assure that products are produced according to the latest version.
- Monitors quality performance and implement measures to reduce non-conforming products.
- Maintain good product traceability.
- Identify corrective and preventive actions for any product non-conformities.
- Daily checking and monitoring of products on proper hard pile and pallets.
- Adhere to safety policy and regulation of the company.
- Always wear proper PPE.
