The Internal Auditor will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and safeguarding company assets. This role plays a critical part in promoting accountability, transparency, and efficiency in financial and operational processes to support the company's mission of providing accessible financial services to teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, loan records, and operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
• Review loan applications, disbursements, and collections to detect irregularities or risks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, government regulations, and lending standards.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports, highlighting findings, risks, and corrective actions.

Checks and selects the availability of the feed material.

Checks the feed rate and perform calibration at the vibratory feeder.

Checks the volume of air and water based on the RK Quality report from the laboratory and make necessary adjustment before the upset condition occur.

In-case there are upset condition occur, decides based on Work instruction specially on Trouble shooting guide.

Performs calibration on RK Parameters (Air and water).

Gathers RKO samples at scheduled time and submit it to the laboratory.

Monitors RKO quality.

Harvests its output and weigh it accordingly.

Labels the RKO products.

10.   Prepares daily activation report and submit it to the Activation Supervisor or Operations Manager.

11.   Conducts ocular inspection of the facilities and machineries within the designated area of responsibility.

12.   Reports any abnormality noticed in the operations of the machines.

13.   Write downs on the Activation logbook all activities within the area.

14.   Records inside RK temperature (Front, Middle and Rear).

15.   Monitors and records Box Cover differential pressure every hour and make adjustment if necessary.

16.   Harvests and records Cyclone output.

17.   Follows standard operating procedures, work instructions, trial protocols as mandated by superior.

18.   Conducts housekeeping at the designated area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Graduate of any Engineering Technology Course and/or Equivalent

· At least 1 year experience in a related field

1. Graduate of a Technical-Vocational course in Welding, Fabrication, or Mechanical Technology; TESDA NC II/III certification preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years in industrial welding and fabrication; 3–5 years preferred for extensive plant-wide work.
3. Proficient in structural welding, piping installation, equipment handling, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
4. Perform welding repairs, fabrication, and piping installations across multiple plant areas, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety protocols.
5. Operate, maintain, and inspect welding equipment; troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement and cost-effective practices.
6. Collaborate with teams, maintain accurate records, uphold cleanliness and safety, and support training and inventory control efforts.

Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Mechanical or BS Electrical Engineering course, or any related field, preferable with license.
• At least 5 years prior work experience in a mid to high rise building MEPF inspection and quality assurance. With knowledge in MEPFs quantity survey.
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems, building codes, and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with inspection and testing methods for MEPF systems, BIM coordination, and QA/QC documentation.
• Excellent communications and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction safety practices.

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for the design, planning, and management of civil engineering projects, with a particular focus on stormwater systems. About the role

This is a full-time position that involves ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the efficient storage and distribution of our products.

What you'll be doing

• Receive and encode incoming deliveries of product and other supplier, inspect and assess incoming parts from CAT and other party supplier, and that outgoing parts are correct and in good condition.
• Picks and packs parts ordered by customers in order to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely delivery of orders.
• Checks if parts to be delivered are complete and accurate based on shipping list and in good physical condition.
• Operates forklifts to load and unload parts to ensure proper and safe handling.
