Ensures all purchase orders are issued completely and accurately. Ensures all stocks received from the suppliers are acknowledged accurately.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
· Ensures all purchase orders for receiving are issued accurately.
· Responsible for acknowledging stocks received from the suppliers.
· Responsible in transferring/sending data files to other departments

· Ensures all payroll of Distribution Staff are released accurately.
· Responds to supplier's delivery complaint immediately.
· Responsible for the requisition/distributions of office and warehouse supplies.
· Consistently gives suggestions and recommendation in improving work processes
