Key Responsibilities:

1. Forest Management & Planning

2. Develop and implement forest management plans that balance ecological, economic, and social objectives.

3. Conduct forest inventories and resource assessments.

4. Plan and supervise tree planting, thinning, and harvesting operations.

5. Conservation & Sustainability

6. Monitor forest health and biodiversity, identifying threats such as disease, invasive species, or illegal logging.

7. Implement conservation measures to protect endangered species, habitats, and watersheds.

8. Promote sustainable forestry practices in compliance with environmental regulations and certification standards (e.g., FSC, PEFC).

9. Field Work & Monitoring

10. Conduct surveys and site visits to assess forest conditions and collect ecological data.

11. Use GPS, GIS, and remote sensing tools for forest mapping and analysis.

12. Monitor and report on forest regeneration, growth rates, and ecological changes.

13. Fire Prevention & Control

14. Develop and implement fire management and prevention strategies.

15. Assist in controlled burns, firefighting planning, and emergency response coordination.

16. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

17. Work with local communities, landowners, and government agencies to promote responsible forest use.

18. Prepare technical reports, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory documentation.

19. Educate the public or stakeholders on forestry conservation and land stewardship.

20. Compliance & Legal Responsibilities

21. Ensure forestry operations comply with environmental laws, land use regulations, and safety standards.

22. Assist in permitting processes and audits related to forest land use.

2. Properly maintains Accounts Payable subsidiary and control ledgers.
3. Receives request slips from the Production Department, and in consultation with the Manager for Personnel and Administration does the following:

4. Sees to it that provisions in the Charge Invoice regarding due dates, interest and other charges for non-payment are properly executed.

1. Properly maintains separate files for all statements, schedules, communication, etc.
2. Properly maintains Cash Book and Petty Cash Fund.

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for performing accurate measurements of construction works done for the purpose of billings and claims of the project.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• Preferably a licensed civil engineer
• With prior work experience functioning as a Quantity Surveyor during the construction implemenation phase of a project
• With at least 4 years of relevant work experience in the field
• Willing to be assigned in any construction site location in the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)

• Oversee daily hub operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures, policies, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
• Experience in payments processing or similar function
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
