About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Junior Sales Team Manager to lead our newly established Kidapawan Distribution Center, set to open in July 2026. The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training starting in Manila for the first month, followed by rotational training in our provincial distribution centers located in Davao, Labangan, Cagayan de Oro, and Iloilo. This role requires willingness to relocate during the training period and upon deployment to Kidapawan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage field sales operations including sales, distribution, merchandising, budget control, and collections.
- Coordinate training and development activities for the sales team in collaboration with the AVP-Sales and HR Manager.
- Administer and monitor the team's annual expense budget.
- Collaborate with service departments (Logistics, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure efficient outlet servicing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across the sales team.
- Analyze market trends, business opportunities, and competitor activities; submit regular reports and recommendations.
- Set and allocate sales targets by product, size, and volume to meet or exceed goals.
- Safeguard and optimize the use of company assets assigned to the team.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related course (e.g., Marketing, Management, Business Administration).
