Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's Degree on Business Administration, Commerce or any business related courses
• Minimum of 2-4 years relevant work experience with at least 2 years supervisory role in retail and sales industry
• Background knowledge in sales and retail industry

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conducts daily walk about and monitoring in the selling area to maximize selling operations activities
• Coordinates with Store Operations Managers (SOM), merchandising team and support groups to ensure 100% harmonious selling operations, execution of the plans and programs, and all issues and concerns are addressed accordingly
• Supervises activities and performance of subordinates to ensure maximum output of the team
• Prepares daily or periodic report such as Out of Stock Report, Canvassed Prices, Overstocking, non-moving items, monthly damage, and other similar reports as may be required by the SOM (Store Operations Manager)

As a Sales Associate, you will primarily be responsible in promoting the loan products of the bank. You will take an active role in achieving the targets of your assigned area. You will establish and maintain good relations with the clients.

• Experience with a six-wheeler vehicle (if possible)
• A valid driver's license with Restrictions 1, 2, & 3.

Tasks & responsibilities

• As delivery personnel, ensuring the timely delivery of phone and online orders is a must.
• It's your duty to ensure that all delivered items are complete and in good condition.
• Before starting the day-to-day delivery operations, you must check the condition of the delivery truck, including the brakes, gas level, battery, headlights & taillights, and other components.
• Remember to comply with all road safety regulations at all times. Finally, be prepared to perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the Sales Channel Supervisor or Store Operations Manager.

• Qualifications for this role require candidates to hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and have at least two years of relevant professional experience.
• It's also vital that the candidate is amenable to working in any of our Palawan branches.
