- Record and reconcile inventory transactions, including purchases, transfers, adjustments, and disposals.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP or inventory management system.
Conduct random inventory counts and audits, investigating discrepancies and resolving issues.
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes related to inventory accounts.

Monitor and compare current and previous year payments for recurring expenses, such as government permits, insurance premiums, etc, and ensure that the current year's amount does not exceed the previous year's amount
Maintain a database of rental payments for SEG's offices, warehouse, etc., and update as needed.
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures, and maintain records for audit purposes.
Work closely with the accounting department to assist in financial reporting and audits as necessary
Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the overall objective and goal of the management.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

A. Supervise General Warehouse Activities

discrepancies with inventory; assist in counting of physical inventory.
Responsible in monitoring stock on hand to cover all existing orders.
Establish stock levels that are supportive of demand before critical days level of inventory.
Creates regular analysis on the movement of items to support Stock and demand.
Conducts audit on inventory transactions to maintain high accuracy of inventory reliability.
Regularly schedules and conduct cycle count to measure and maintain inventory dependability.
Conduct monthly ending inventory report.
Creates stock replenishment for all brands; Lubes, GII Products and Consumables.
Performs analysis to know which items needs focus and suggest items for phase out.
Monitors stock on hand versus orders to lessen unserved and versus demand to minimize overstock.
Responsible in sending daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly inventory reports.
Create Increase and Decrease of demand analysis on a monthly basis.
Responsible in monitoring open for serve purchase order (served and unserved).
C. Maintenance of equipment: maintain all work equipment in an efficient state/ order and good
repair. Machinery maintenance log needs to be kept up to date and maintenance operations need
to be carried out safely. Regularly conduct/plan routine maintenance to prevent future problems
and corrective maintenance when equipment goes wrong and needs to be fixed.
D. Supervise Warehouse Staff
Oversees and supervises warehouse employees to make sure all items are prepared and received on time while complying with company policy.
Maintain Warehouse Safety and Cleanliness and enforce safety regulations.
