ROLE PURPOSE: Orchestrates and harmonizes the key deliverables and actions of the business unit/expansion area (small and/or start-up concession w/ below 500k population) to ensure the best possible financial outcome through exercising strong functional oversight in the delivery of the services such as smooth and effective operations, an engaged and efficient workforce, a compliant business and workplace; and develop action plans to increase profitability by maximizing the existing captured market, and closing new businesses.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Decides on the best use and allocation of resources to achieve the best outcome for the business unit .
• Guides and works with business unit heads in stakeholder management strategies to carry out contract agreements in the business unit ·
