Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Project Manager, specializing in the execution of utility-scale, grid-connected solar power projects. In this pivotal role, p—from planning and engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations and maintenance of Solar Power Projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Planning & Delivery: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure all phases are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within financial targets.
· Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a primary liaison with clients, government agencies (such as the Department of Energy and ERC), contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
· Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, manage expenditures, and seek opportunities for cost optimization while upholding quality and safety standards.

· Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
· Progress Reporting: Deliver regular and comprehensive project updates and progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or related field; PMP certification is a significant asset.
· 5 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects within the Philippines.
· Solid technical knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical engineering, and construction processes.
· Proficiency with project management software
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects at once.
· Familiarity with local energy regulations and permitting processes is highly preferred.
