Production Manager
is responsible for overseeing the overall manufacturing operations of the assigned plants to ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATION GUIDES

• License in a related engineering field or food industry certifications (preferred but not required).
• At least 5–8 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
