Supervising and coordinating the activities of the milling team, ensuring efficient and effective production processes

• Monitoring and maintaining quality control standards throughout the milling process, from raw material intake to finished product packaging

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization

• Collaborating with the maintenance team to schedule and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs

• Analyzing production data and generating reports to track key performance indicators and inform strategic decision-making

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Cultivates and manages ornamental flowers, shrubs, and plants.
• Monitors plant health, pest control, and growth cycles.
• Plans and oversees greenhouse or field production.
• May conduct breeding, hybridization, or research.

2. Maintains greenhouse equipment and cleanliness.
3. Monitors temperature, humidity, and light levels.

• Manage and maintain fields and controlled growing environments.

• Monitor and regulate temperature and humidity of plant houses.

Qualifications:

* College graduates or graduating students of any 4-year college course

* Residing in Metro Manila or nearby cities

• Lead and manage the design process for engineering projects.
• Responsible for overseeing the design team and ensuring that all design work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
• Responsible for developing the design concept for the project and ensuring that it meets the requirements of the client and any regulatory bodies.

• At all times, follow current LFC policies and procedures.
• For all tasks, ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
• Updating Farm Planting Reports.
• Updating Farm Usage Reports.
• Updating Farm Yield Reports.
• Generating Harvest Fines.
• Generating Employee Labor Reports.
• Generating Employee Training Expiration Reports.
• Clerical Duties, such as filing, word processing, scanning documents and creating manuals.
• Assist in equipment tracking: inventories, maintenance records, and registrations.
• Maintain employee certifications database.
• Travel to local farms to assist in farm office operations.

• Ability to direct, coordinate and monitor workers activities, crop & animal management and production activities.
• Ability to assist in planning and preparing the finance reports, setting up budget limit for various farm activities, and maintaining the farm activities in agreement with the budgeted parameters.
• Ability to record information, such as finance report, production, farm management practices, and parent stock, and prepares operational reports.
• Ability to purchase, utilize and maintain machinery, equipment, and supplies.
• Ability to meet production yield, confer with purchasers, arrange for sale of crops and meet sales target.
• Strict Compliance to farms standards and policies for e.g. health, safety, product quality, property and asset management and environment.
• Any other assigned duties or responsibilities related to the farm's operation.
