- Coordinate with emergency services and conduct regular emergency drills.

- Stay updated with local and international industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates to ensure continuous improvement in health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related fields), or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in plant or industrial settings.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., DOLE-accredited Safety Officer Training) with a minimum requirement of Safety Officer 3 (SO3); Safety Practitioner certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local and national health and safety regulations, including RA 11058 and DOLE standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and health and safety management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks and implement effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records as required by Philippine law.
- Experience in conducting safety training and leading safety initiatives.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
