a. Weigh all filled cylinders upon return of the vehicles
b. Check and count all cylinders inside the vehicle
c. Check and reconcile necessary documents and/or report such as CRR, gate pass, sales invoice and route monitoring sheet
Check inside the vehicle if there are undeclared items to be brought out of the plant
Create records/logs of transactions, in/out of inventories, document series, etc.
Make reports on any negative findings (e.g. shortage, theft, non-compliance, etc.) as needed by the management for proper administrative action or filing of case
Recommend additional control to improve the system of the company
