Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Technology, Business Administration or related field. · At least 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the cosmetics, personal care or FMCG industry. br>· Deep knowledge in packaging materials (plastic, glass, laminates etc.) and manufacturing processes. br>· Strong negotiation, vendor management and contract management skills. br>· Familiar with GMP, ISO and packaging related regulatory requirements. br>· Familiar with FDA regulations and ASEAN cosmetic directive (ACD) compliance. br>· Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
