Healthcare Account – Temporary Work From Home (Limited Slots) < r>Handle customer inquiries for a healthcare client from the comfort of your home. Provide accurate and professional support via phone, email, or chat. This is a temporary WAH setup, and employees will be required to report onsite once needed.

br>Key Responsibilities (for both accounts)
Answer healthcare-related customer inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
Provide accurate information about benefits, accounts, and services
Assist customers with billing concerns, troubleshooting, or claims-related inquiries
Document customer interactions correctly in the system
Collaborate with teammates and leaders to meet account performance goals
Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction
Qualifications
At least Senior High School Graduate (old curriculum HS graduates also welcome)
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
Willing to work at Everise Cauayan, Isabela

3. Assists in communicating mortgage examination findings accurately to stakeholders for correct and complete compliance thereto;
