About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic E-commerce & Media Strategy Senior Manager to join our growing beauty retail team. This role will be pivotal in accelerating our digital growth, leading the planning and execution of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Commerce (e.g. TikTok Shop), and Retail Media initiatives.
You will be responsible for developing a holistic media strategy that seamlessly integrates digital and traditional channels to maximize brand visibility, drive traffic, and deliver sales. You will also lead content, social media, and affiliate marketing programs, ensuring the use of best-in-class tools and platforms to deliver measurable impact.
*Key Responsibilities *
- Develop and oversee integrated media strategies across digital and select above-the-line channels
- Lead performance marketing efforts to achieve sales and ROI targets for e-commerce platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop)
- Manage digital commerce campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, agencies, and marketplace partners
