Job Description
The Creative Specialist for E-commerce undertakes the role in ensuring the efficient ideation and creation of marketing ads/materials for both online and offline platforms. The Creatives Specialist performs a variety of duties to help develop, produce creative content and continuously maintain the company’s brand aesthetics across various channels. The role’s focus includes, but are not limited to reviewing, updating, maintaining and creating the brand’s visual representation in all aspects of design to help amplify marketing campaigns for both digital and traditional platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates complete online campaign materials that is aligned with the company’s brand guidelines for the e-commerce channels (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora and mobile app and other platforms)
- Plan, design and develop static, gif and video materials based on set requirements.
- Create a wide range of graphics and layouts.
- Photoshoot of products (for small quantity)
- Ensure timely submission of materials before the launch of marketing initiatives.
- Take part in brainstorming activities, offering creative insights to develop and ideate creative marketing campaigns that will help increase brand sales and awareness.
- Come up with creative concept design.
- Contribute in identifying graphic design trends to keep marketing materials produced are up to date and on trend.
- Design proposals, ads, web page content and or other related materials/assets.
- Regularly maintain, manage and organize content lab.
- Participates in workgroups/projects where graphic design expertise is required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Multimedia, Graphic Design or any equivalent course.
- With at least 2 years of work experience of a related industry.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Has a strong eye for visual composition.
- Highly knowledgeable of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements and multimedia design.
- Understanding of website UX/UI is a plus.
- Creativity and commercial awareness are an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Desire to stay current with the latest consumer trends.
**Salary**: Php26,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

This role merges strong graphic design and video editing skills with the ability to develop print-ready merchandising materials, display visuals for events and activations, and eye-catching packaging designs. The ideal candidate has advanced creative sensibilities, attention to detail, and adaptability across diverse brand guidelines and formats. Knowledge or experience with Augmented Reality (AR) tools is considered a strong advantage and supports innovation in emerging creative executions.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Digital Content
Develop static graphics, key visuals, social media creatives, product banners, and e-commerce visuals per brand.
Ensure consistent application of visual identity across various digital platforms and regional markets.
Adapt layouts for multiple formats and placements (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta, YouTube).
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Produce branded video content, campaign storytelling, and product highlight videos across digital and social platforms.
Edit raw footage, apply music, subtitles, transitions, and integrate motion graphics for engaging output.
Repurpose videos for platform-specific versions (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Creative Animation & Interactivity
Create animated elements such as kinetic typography, animated product explainers, campaign teasers, and motion overlays.
Apply basic to intermediate animation principles to elevate content engagement and storytelling quality.
Merchandising Materials & In-Store Visuals
Design eye-catching point-of-sale materials (e.g., wobblers, shelf talkers, posters, standees, danglers).
Develop print-ready merchandising assets tailored for modern trade, general trade, and retail outlets.
Ensure accuracy of dimensions, bleed, resolution, and file format across all POSM outputs.
Event & Retail Display Materials
Conceptualize and design visual assets for product launches, trade events, booths, and retail activations.
Create high-impact banners, backdrops, tent cards, table toppers, and other event display materials.
Packaging & Label Design
Develop and adapt packaging layouts for new product launches, limited editions, and variant extensions.
Ensure designs meet brand, regulatory, and production specifications (e.g., barcode, nutrition facts, FDA compliance).
Prepare dielines, mockups, and print-ready files in collaboration with the packaging or regulatory teams.
Augmented Reality Integration (Nice to Have)
Support or collaborate in developing AR-enhanced content such as filters, virtual packaging, or interactive product features.
Use or assist with tools like Spark AR, Lens Studio, or WebAR for experimental brand content.
Cross-Team Coordination
Collaborate closely with the marketing, brand, trade, and e-commerce teams to align on briefs, goals, and campaign timelines.
Participate in creative brainstorms, status check-ins, and brand alignment meetings.
Asset Management & Output Quality
Organize and maintain layered design files, video versions, print assets, and master templates using clear naming conventions.
Ensure final exports are delivered on time, in the correct format, and meet platform or print production specs.
