**Responsibilities**:
- Address incident and service request tickets
- Provide on call support
- Maintain administrator level remote access on our supported servers
- Automated monitoring of server availability, capacity and performance
- Operating systems configuration changes
- Implement change requests in the Unix environment
- Administer and maintain clients’ IT systems infrastructure, deal with servers, databases, network and Cloud
- Develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures necessary to run IT operations
- Support incident identification, prioritization, and resolution activities
- Participate in automation and other continuous improvement initiatives
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related courses
