About the Role The Recruiting Coordinator position will support the HR Manager with the end-to-end recruitment process. Simultaneously, the coordinator will contribute to HR operations, focusing on administrative and new hire preparation tasks. Demonstrated ability to handle unexpected scenarios professionally and efficiently. Technology Proficiency: Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as JazzHR, Greenhouse, BreezyHR, etc. Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, etc., enhancing workflow efficiency. Organizational Skills: Highly disciplined, organized, and adept at multitasking while efficiently managing time. Strong attention to detail and meticulousness in handling tasks. Proactive and Resourcefulness: Demonstrates proactive behavior, takes initiative, and contributes valuable suggestions to streamline recruitment processes. Team Collaboration: Ability to follow procedures, collaborate effectively with the HR team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Shows independence, self-sufficiency, and resourcefulness while maintaining integrity and reliability. Key Performance Indicators Time-to-Fill Ratio: Measure the average duration taken to fill vacant positions against the defined timeline to assess the efficiency of the recruitment process. Quality of Candidate Pool: Evaluate the diversity, skillset, and suitability of candidates sourced and engaged compared to the organization's hiring needs. Interview Scheduling Efficiency: Track the time taken from candidate shortlisting to interview scheduling to ensure timely and efficient coordination. Candidate Engagement Metrics: Monitor candidate feedback, response rates to communications, and overall satisfaction with the recruitment process. ATS Utilization and Accuracy: Assess the completeness and accuracy of data input into the Applicant Tracking System to ensure streamlined and error-free processes. DEI Initiative Impact: Measure the progress and impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process through improved candidate diversity and inclusion. New Hire Onboarding Success Rate: Assess the effectiveness of onboarding by tracking the performance and retention rates of newly hired employees. Email Management Efficiency: Monitor response times to candidate inquiries and the organization of recruitment-related email communication to ensure timely and effective communication. Compliance Adherence: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process to mitigate risks and maintain compliance. Task Completion and Multitasking: Measure the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively within defined timelines, ensuring all responsibilities are fulfilled. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Gather feedback from hiring managers and team members on collaboration and support during the recruitment process. Proactivity and Initiative: Track the number of innovative suggestions made to improve recruitment processes and HR operations.
