**PIS - Research Assistant - Work On-site / Muntinlupa City**

**ELEVATOR AND ESCALATOR SALES DEPARTMENT**

Job Qualifications:

- Must be a graduate of BS in Economics
- Must have at least 5 years of related experience
- Must be Computer Savvy
- Must be proficient in both Oral and Written Communication

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepares reports for MELCO Group related to elevator and escalator business
- MELCO report (result of inquiries, lost and ordered per month) to be submitted to Accounting Department
- Number of Secured units per month to be reported directly to MELCO
- Monthly Booking report requested by MELCO every 11th of the month to be submitted directly to MELCO
- MELCO survey report for elevator & escalator (if any)
- Prepare and assist the Marketing Section in case of any requested presentation materials in PowerPoint format for

Business Council, ASEAN CEO, AGM report, and the like
- Research data on Market, Economy, and other pertinent information relative to sales activities
- Prepares Sales Forecast data to be submitted every month of May and November of the year
- Prepare E/E Sales report every month (in excel file and presentation) for staff meeting every 3rd week of the month
- Prepare Annual Report of the Department
- Prepare and assist in Financial plan (mid-year and business plan

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

**SCOPE OF JOB**: The Data Entry attracts potential customers by answering product and service

questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare

correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Main Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- Inserts client and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within the time constraint
- Compiles, verifies accuracy, and sorts information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output Researches and obtains further information for incomplete documents
- Applies data program techniques and procedures
- Generates reports, stores completed work in designated locations, and performs backup operations
- Scans documents and print files, when needed Maintains information confidentiality
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Complies with data integrity and security policies

**Qualifications**:

- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Experienced in using office equipment, like fax machines and scanner
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Attention to detail Confidentiality
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Amenable to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

**Good to have**:
College Degree or Additional computer training or certification
