Provide support in the development of the different operational activities in the accounts/companies of the organization's clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Its functions are the following, however, they are not limited to:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- English level B2 or higher.
- Full-time availability and work on-site as well.
- At least 6 months of experience in the Customer Service field or BPO-Call Center.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
