Develop, support, and manage engaging learning solutions using a range of methods including in-person training, e-learning, and self-directed materials.

Collaborate with department heads to craft and implement a robust Learning & Development (L&D) strategy and annual training calendar.

Design and develop effective training materials aligned to compliance, operational, and professional development needs.

Serve as the subject matter expert on the Learning Management System (Canvas), ensuring its smooth operation, accessibility, and continuous improvement.

Use technological knowledge to enhance training through AI-driven e-learning modules, increasing the impact and efficiency of training delivery.

Work with business units to identify new training program opportunities and transform strategic concepts into actionable initiatives.

Assess and map training needs across departments and roles, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Assist in the design and creation of training content, with a focus on incorporating innovative tools and, where possible, AI technologies.

Participate in the development and launch of a new training portal to streamline content delivery and tracking.

Monitor emerging technologies and recommend their integration into our training framework to improve learning outcomes.

Work collaboratively as part of a team to support a learning culture and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the training domain.

Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, with a proven ability to deliver training programs across multiple formats.
- Strong technical ability with a working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Canvas preferred).
- Experience in digital course creation and knowledge of AI integration in training is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team-oriented approach, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across levels and functions to drive training initiatives.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and training governance is an advantage

+ To coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop learning content and assessment materials.
+ To compile, arrange and update training materials and training curriculum.
+ To develop materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts and instructors to create the best coursework possible.
+ To correct and update e-learning modules issues/ problems encountered by users and escalates to developers when necessary.
+ To participate in developing storyboards, scripts, and suggest overall concepts to stakeholders.
+ To create content for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video, etc.)
+ To communicate, administer, and monitor training schedule, registration and attendance in business systems.
+ To generate, analyze, and create report/dashboard from different sources and submit to requestor.
+ To maintain training records database for completeness and accuracy.
+ To identify and control the storage, retention, preservation, and disposal of documented information.
+ To assign and manage online learning for training participants.
+ To maintain learning plans, notifications, and reporting.
+ To manage day-to-day administration of the LMS, providing end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, and escalation management
