+ Point of contact and coordinator for endpoint management related tasks coordinating closely with other Global Endpoint Management contacts located in different sites.

**Duties**:
- Respond to and complete IT incident tickets & service requests in a timely manner, escalating larger or more
complex issues to the appropriate IT team.
- Set up and move workstations; repair PCs; image PCs; and troubleshoot printer problems and network
connectivity issues of mínimal complexity.
- Install software, and telecommunications services such as computers, system software and hardware, and cabling
