- Review and release leads to clients using knowledge of FCRA, client matrices, and Cisive policy. Review disclosures if applicable and apply advanced FCRA knowledge
- Utilize keen sense of detail to ensure lead reporting is consistent and accurate. Ensure lead notes are clear, concise and without error.
- At the discretion of management, actively participate in the dispute process by performing work or depending upon complexity
- Note missing requirements in the internal case notes if any documents are missing
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities by serving as subject matter experts to team members and internal business partners and offering guidance to peers as needed.
- Assist with the training of support level positions within the department by exhibiting patience, clarity of information, and serving as a mentor throughout the training period
- Review work produced by vendors and support team to ensure accuracy. Provide guidance to remedy performance-related errors by sharing knowledge and constructively providing guidance to avoid repeated mistakes
- Maintain confidentiality and exhibit reliable attendance in accordance with organizational and departmental policies.
- Provide courteous service to candidates; provide thorough explanation of documents needed for case.
- Proactively address inventory levels on a daily basis through coordination and communication with leadership.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates
