Search Engine Support Representative - help users have a seamless search experience. You will respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain data integrity while working in a dynamic, global BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist users with search engine-related questions and technical concerns
Provide accurate and relevant product or service information
Perform data entry, system updates, and maintain information accuracy
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate as needed

Qualifications:
